Q) Why is the COD charge so expensive ?
A) Average one rate for major Klang Valley areas
Q) Can I request Same Day Delivery on weekend or public holiday ?
A) No, because no people working.
Q) Why no more COD ?
A) As we received high number of riders run away our money lately, so no more COD, thanks for your understanding.
Q) Do you have physical shop or possible self collect ?
A) As our products is sensitive goods, so we don’t have any physical shop or allow for any self pickup / COD.
